Wingssprayer BV stands for advanced spraying techniques for crop protection. Because of our years of experience, technical insight and specialist knowledge our company recently developed a new, aerodynamic, effective spraying system. The advantage of this system is that spraying with higher driving speeds is now possible, whereby environment and money can be saved.
The Wingssprayer spray technique is a revolutionary additional spraying method for assembly onto spraying machines for spraying full-field cultivated crops. This way of spraying can be excellently performed at both slow and fast driving speeds. For the very first time in vegetable cultivation history, the cost-free aerodynamics that arise through the driving wind are used to let the drops land straight on the right place in the crops. That way, farmers can benefit from airplane aerodynamics at speeds up to 20 km per hour. This is the “Zero Emission” technique of Wingssprayer BV, with the Single Wing for speeds up to 12 km/hour and the Double Wing for speeds up to 18 km/hour.
For this new method, the traditional spraying technique was revolutionary adjusted in many points. With this new, extraordinary effective wing technique it is possible to save up to 50% in pesticides. Not only that, besides this, the air, surface and ground water is almost completely spared.
